Cancellation Policy

Safe Hearts CPR Booking Policy At Safe Hearts CPR, we value your time and commitment to learning life-saving skills. Please review our booking policies before registering: Payment & Registration: Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your seat. Each participant must register using their own unique email address, as required by the American Red Cross to issue a personalized online course link and certification. Certification Requirements: This course includes an online learning component that must be completed prior to the in-person session. Participants must present proof of completion (certificate or screenshot) upon arrival to the in-person class. Students who have not completed the online portion will not be permitted to participate, in accordance with American Red Cross requirements. Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in and verification of your completion certificate. Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted and will be marked as a no-show. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class once, free of charge, to the next available session (space permitting). Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. Cancellations & No-Shows: All bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend, your payment will be forfeited. With proper notice, one courtesy reschedule will be honored based on availability. Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our online booking system. We do not accept CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle for professional training courses.
